All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion. Payment for all orders must be made at the time of purchase. We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) as a payment option within Dubai. Please have the exact amount ready at the time of delivery. Prices are subject to change without notice.

4. Delivery

We offer delivery within Dubai. Free delivery is available for orders of 250 AED or more. For orders below this amount, a delivery fee may apply. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by factors beyond our control.

5. Returns and Refunds

We do not accept returns or offer refunds for any products unless they are defective or damaged upon receipt. If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery to arrange for a replacement or refund. We reserve the right to request proof of the defect or damage.

You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of, or restrict or inhibit the use and enjoyment of, this website by any third party.
